A group has upto 6 students for better personal attention and integration of yoga asanas and breathwork as a holistic technique.

Online Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga

Personal online Classes

Prenatal and postnatal yoga classes are designed specifically for pregnant women. Focusing on strengthening the muscles used during childbirth, as after childbirth. Also promoting relaxation and stress relief from pre and post pregnancy. If you are pregnant, or you have delivered a child you should consider taking a yoga class.
